In addition to the existing preventative BEMS service and maintenance contract, we would also recommend that this be extended to include energy management support to provide a dedicated and targeted energy optimisation and savings service. Our BEMS orientated energy-saving recommendations when considered alongside other complementary initiatives can form part of your greater carbon and utility reduction strategy.

As a BMS Specialist company we employ experienced software, project and maintenance engineers that have carried out numerous Trend, Cylon Priva and Satchweil projects throughout the country. We have also employed both project and maintenance sales engineers from the HVAC perspective.

Our electrical installation teams provide complete supervision of the power. control and network installation., fully complying with the regulations of the Institute of Electrical Engineers. We commission control loops using calibrated test equipment to match the plant response.
We manufacture motor control centers to Form 2, 3, and 4 using brand name components. These are assembled and wired within the enclosures to previously prepared and approved design. Following completion, we thoroughly test each MCC with each circuit connected to a simulation test rig.
