Air Handling Unit Parts

An air handling unit (AHU) is a critical component of any HVAC system. It is responsible for taking in outside air, conditioning it, and then distributing it throughout the building. The AHU is composed of several parts, each of which plays an important role in the overall functioning of the system. The main components of an AHU include the air filter, fan, heat exchanger, and air distribution system. The air filter is responsible for trapping dust, pollen, and other airborne particles, while the fan helps to circulate the air throughout the building. The heat exchanger is responsible for transferring heat from the air to the building, while the air distribution system is responsible for delivering the conditioned air to the desired areas. All of these parts work together to ensure that the air in the building is of the highest quality and is comfortable for occupants.
