KWh (Kilowatt-Hour)
KWh (Kilowatt-Hour): A kilowatt-hour is a unit of energy equal to one kilowatt (1kW) of power consumed or produced over the course of an hour. KWh is commonly used by facilities managers and energy providers in order to quantify and measure electricity usage and billing. In other words, a KWh is a simple way to track how much energy your building and systems are using – the higher the number, the more energy you’re consuming!
