Mini System

What is the definition of a mini system? A mini system is generally defined as a smaller version of a larger system. This system is typically an all-in-one, simpler solution that can provide a basic set of services or capabilities, but on a smaller scale. Mini systems often provide a cost effective option when an organization is not ready to invest in a larger system. They can also be used as an interim solution while a more permanent system is being implemented. Mini systems are ideal for smaller organizations or businesses with limited budgets or resources, as they are often much less expensive than a full-scale system. They generally offer a limited set of features and capabilities, but can still provide enough to meet basic needs. For example, a mini system may include a basic set of software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheet and email, but would not be able to handle more complex tasks like data mining or data analytics.
