Service Request: A request submitted by an employee or customer to a Facilities Management team for services such as repairs, equipment provisioning, and spaces modifications. Service Requests typically involve a form-filling process, initiated through an online portal or other communication platform. The Facilities Management team is then responsible for responding promptly to the request, analyzing the needs of the requester and providing solutions to meet those needs.
