Supply Air Temperature (Sat)

The supply air temperature (SAT) is the temperature of the air supplied to a space by the HVAC system. The setpoint for the SAT is typically chosen so that the space will be comfortable for the occupants. The actual SAT may vary depending on several factors, including the outdoor temperature, the heat load from occupants and equipment, and the thermal mass of the space.
