Temp Control Sensor

What is the definition of a Temp Control Sensor? A Temp Control Sensor is a device that measures temperature and responds by either turning on or off a certain device, system, or process. It is important to note that this device is not the same as a thermostat, as it does not control temperature itself. Instead, it reads the temperature, and then triggers a response when the temperature reaches a certain threshold. For example, a Temp Control Sensor can be used in a refrigerator to turn on a cooling system when the temperature in the fridge rises above a set level. This device can also be used in a hot water tank to turn on a heater when the temperature drops below a certain level. In both these cases, the Temp Control Sensor is acting as a way to keep the temperature within a desired range.
