Thermal Well

Thermal Well is defined as a subsurface structure used to extract geothermal energy from underground reservoirs. The energy is transferred from the reservoir to the surface, where it can be used for heating or other energy applications. Thermal Well systems are composed of a series of wells, pipes and pumps that together circulate fluid carrying the thermal energy from its source to its destination. Thermal Wells have been used for centuries for various industrial purposes, but in recent years their usage has increased due to their efficiency, cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness.
