Thermostats Work

Thermostats are temperature-control devices used to maintain a desired level of comfort in a space by regulating the temperature. Thermostat systems work by sensing room temperature, then activating heating or cooling systems and controlling them until the desired temperature is achieved. With advances in technology, many thermostats now offer users the ability to control their heating/cooling systems remotely as well as programmable timer functions for added convenience.
