Water To Air Heat Pump

What is the definition of a water to air heat pump? Simply put, it is a device that moves heat from one medium to another. In this case, it moves heat from either a body of water, such as a lake or pond, to air. The air is then heated up and used in your home or other applications. The water to air heat pump is an incredibly efficient way to move heat from one source to another and take advantage of the thermal energy in the water. The pump works by drawing in the water and then using a compressor to pressurize the coolant, which is then circulated through a heat exchanger. This transfers the heat from the water to the air, which is then sent into your home. Once the air is heated up, a fan then blows it into the home. The water to air heat pump is an incredibly efficient way to heat your home without needing to use fossil fuels, making it an environmentally friendly option.
