Ahu Air Handling Unit

An Air Handling Unit (AHU) is a critical component of any HVAC system. It is responsible for the movement, filtration, and conditioning of air within a building. An AHU is a large metal box that contains a fan, heating and cooling elements, filters, and dampers. The fan pulls air from the outside and pushes it through the heating and cooling elements to adjust the temperature. The filters remove dust, pollen, and other airborne particles from the air. The dampers control the flow of air into the building and the direction of the air flow. The air is then distributed throughout the building via ductwork. An AHU is an essential part of any HVAC system and helps ensure that the air in a building is safe and comfortable.
