Binary Value (Bv) 

Binary Value (Bv) is a digital representation of an analog signal or quantity. In a digital system, a binary value is represented by two voltage levels, called logic levels. The most common voltage levels used are +5 volts for a logic ‘1’ and 0 volts for a logic ‘0’.
