Building Automation Systems

Building Automation Systems (BAS) are computer-based systems that are used to monitor and control the mechanical, electrical, and other systems within a building. These systems can be used to control the temperature, lighting, security, and other aspects of a building, as well as to monitor the building’s energy consumption. By using BAS, buildings can become more efficient and cost-effective, as well as safer and more comfortable for occupants. BAS can also be used to provide data for analytics, which can be used to further optimize the building’s operations. BAS can be used in a variety of settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. In addition to controlling and monitoring systems, BAS can also be used to integrate other systems, such as access control, fire alarms, and HVAC systems. By using BAS, buildings can become more efficient, cost-effective, and comfortable, while also providing data for analytics to further optimize the building’s operations.
