Cfm Air Flow Meter

A CFM air flow meter is a device used to measure the rate of air flow in a given space. It is typically used in ventilation systems, such as HVAC systems, to measure the amount of air being circulated in a room or building. The acronym CFM stands for “cubic feet per minute” and is a measure of the volume of air passing through a given area. A CFM air flow meter works by measuring the velocity of the air passing through a given area, which is then multiplied by the area to determine the total volume of air passing through. This allows the user to accurately measure the air flow rate in a given space. CFM air flow meters are important for ensuring that the air flow in a space is at the desired level, as too much or too little air flow can lead to problems such as poor air quality or inefficient energy use.
