Commercial Condensing Unit

A commercial condensing unit is a device used in the commercial HVAC industry to cool and dehumidify air. It is typically installed outside the building and works by transferring heat from the air inside the building to the outside air. The condensing unit consists of a compressor, condenser, evaporator, and expansion valve. The compressor compresses the refrigerant gas, which is then passed through the condenser where it is cooled and condensed into a liquid. The liquid then passes through the evaporator where it absorbs heat from the air inside the building and evaporates back into a gas. Finally, the gas passes through the expansion valve, which reduces its pressure and temperature and allows it to enter the evaporator again. This cycle continues until the desired temperature and humidity levels are reached. Commercial condensing units are an important part of any commercial HVAC system, as they provide efficient cooling and dehumidification.
