Customair

The definition of a customair is a person who is employed by a government to inspect and regulate the goods that are imported and exported from a country. Customairs are responsible for enforcing customs regulations and laws, as well as collecting taxes and duties on goods that are imported and exported. They are also responsible for ensuring that goods are properly declared and that all applicable taxes and duties are paid. Customairs must be knowledgeable about the laws and regulations that govern the import and export of goods, and must be able to identify and inspect goods to ensure that they meet the necessary requirements. Customairs must also be able to identify and investigate any suspicious activities that may be taking place. In addition, customairs must be able to communicate effectively with customers and other government officials.
