Dampers In Hvac System

A damper in an HVAC system is a device that is used to regulate the flow of air in a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system. It is a valve that can be opened or closed to control the amount of air that is allowed to pass through the system. The damper is typically located in the ductwork of the system and is used to control the amount of air that is delivered to each room in the home. The purpose of the damper is to provide the homeowner with the ability to adjust the temperature in each room of the home. By controlling the amount of air that is allowed to pass through the system, the homeowner can create a comfortable environment in each room. Dampers are also used to help balance the air pressure in the system, as well as to help reduce noise levels. They are an important part of any HVAC system and should be inspected and maintained regularly to ensure that they are functioning properly.
