Hvac Water Sensor

A HVAC water sensor is a device used to detect the presence of water in a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. It is typically installed near the condensate drain line, the evaporator coil, or the condensate pan. The sensor is designed to detect the presence of water and send a signal to the HVAC system to shut off the system when water is detected. This is an important safety feature that can help prevent water damage to the system and to the building. The sensor is usually connected to a control panel, which can be programmed to respond to the water sensor’s signal and shut off the system when water is detected. HVAC water sensors are typically designed to be waterproof and corrosion-resistant, and can be used in a variety of applications, including residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems.
