Split System Heat Pump

A split system heat pump is a type of heating and cooling system that is composed of two parts: an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. The outdoor unit contains the compressor, condenser, and expansion valve, while the indoor unit contains the evaporator and fan. The two units are connected by refrigerant lines, which allow the system to transfer heat between the two units. The outdoor unit is responsible for absorbing heat from the outside air and transferring it to the indoor unit, while the indoor unit is responsible for distributing the heated air throughout the home. Split system heat pumps are an efficient and cost-effective way to heat and cool a home, as they can provide both heating and cooling in one system. Additionally, they are quieter than traditional heating and cooling systems, making them a great choice for those who want to maintain a comfortable temperature in their home without the noise.
