Split System Unit

A split system unit is a type of air conditioning system that is composed of two separate components, an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. The outdoor unit is typically installed outside the home and houses the compressor, condenser, and expansion valve. The indoor unit is installed inside the home and houses the evaporator coil, blower, and air filter. The two units are connected by copper tubing and electrical wiring. The outdoor unit pumps refrigerant to the indoor unit, where it is cooled and then circulated throughout the home. Split system units are a popular choice for homeowners because they are energy efficient, relatively quiet, and can be installed in a variety of locations. They are also easy to maintain and repair, making them a great long-term investment.
