Vav Hvac System

A VAV HVAC system is a type of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning system that is commonly used in commercial buildings. It stands for Variable Air Volume and is designed to provide a steady temperature throughout the building by controlling the air flow of both cool and warm air. The system works by using a central air handling unit to supply air to each individual room, allowing the user to adjust the air volume and temperature to their preference. The temperature is kept consistent by using a sensor to measure the temperature of the different rooms and the central air handling unit will adjust the air volume accordingly. VAV systems can be used with different types of air conditioning systems such as heat pumps, chillers, and fan coils. The benefits of a VAV system include increased energy efficiency since the air flow is controlled and not constantly running at a single rate, and improved air quality as the air is able to be filtered more effectively. Additionally, the system is able to be easily managed and adjusted
