Intake Valve Actuator

An intake valve actuator is a device used to control the opening and closing of intake valves in an internal combustion engine. It is a crucial component of the engine’s air intake system, which is responsible for controlling the amount of air that enters the engine. Intake valve actuators are typically powered by either an electric motor or a hydraulic system. The actuator is connected to the intake valve via a link, which is usually a cable or a rod. When the actuator is activated, it moves the link to open or close the intake valve. This allows the engine to control the amount of air entering the engine, which in turn affects the engine’s performance. Intake valve actuators are essential for proper engine operation and can help to improve fuel efficiency, reduce emissions, and increase engine power.
