Split Air Heat Pump
A split air heat pump is a type of heating and cooling system that is becoming increasingly popular due to its energy efficiency and ability to provide both heating and cooling in one unit. It is made up of two parts: an outdoor unit that houses the compressor and condenser, and an indoor unit that contains the evaporator and air handler. The outdoor unit takes in outside air and compresses it, releasing heat in the process. This heat is then transferred to the indoor unit, where it is used to heat the air inside the home. In the summer, the process is reversed, and the outdoor unit absorbs heat from the air inside the home and transfers it outside. This allows the system to both heat and cool the home, making it an ideal choice for many homeowners.
