Air Handler Unit Components

An air handler unit (AHU) is a critical component of any HVAC system. It is responsible for circulating air throughout a building, ensuring that the temperature and humidity levels are maintained at comfortable levels. The AHU is made up of several components, including a blower, filter, and heat exchanger. The blower is responsible for drawing in air from outside the building and pushing it through the filter. The filter removes any dust, dirt, and other contaminants from the air, allowing only clean air to pass through. The heat exchanger then takes the air and heats or cools it to the desired temperature before it is circulated throughout the building. The AHU is an essential part of any HVAC system, and its components must be regularly maintained to ensure that the air quality in the building remains safe and comfortable.
