Air Terminal Units

An air terminal unit (ATU) is a device used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to control the temperature and airflow in a room or building. It is typically installed in the ceiling or on the wall and is connected to the HVAC system’s ductwork. The ATU contains a fan, heating element, and cooling element, which are all controlled by a thermostat. The ATU is responsible for controlling the temperature and airflow in the room or building, ensuring that the air is at the desired temperature and humidity level. The ATU also helps to reduce energy costs by only running the fan and heating or cooling elements when needed. ATUs are an essential part of any HVAC system, and they can help to improve the comfort and air quality in any space.
