Bas System

A Building Automation System (BAS) is a computer-based system that controls and monitors the mechanical and electrical equipment in a building. It is designed to provide a comfortable and safe environment for occupants while also reducing energy consumption and operational costs. The BAS is made up of a network of sensors, controllers, and actuators that work together to regulate the temperature, humidity, air quality, lighting, and other systems in the building. The system can be programmed to automatically adjust the settings based on the time of day, occupancy, or other factors. The BAS also provides real-time data about the building’s energy consumption, allowing for more efficient operation and cost savings. In addition, the BAS can be used to detect and respond to potential safety issues, such as smoke or carbon monoxide. By providing a comprehensive view of the building’s systems, the BAS can help ensure that the building is running efficiently and safely.
