Bas System Hvac

A Building Automation System (BAS) is a computer-based system that is used to control and monitor the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in a building. The BAS system is responsible for controlling the temperature, humidity, air quality, and other environmental factors in the building. It also helps to optimize energy usage, ensuring that the building is running efficiently and cost-effectively. The BAS system can be programmed to control a variety of HVAC components, such as thermostats, fans, dampers, and pumps. It can also be used to monitor and analyze energy usage, allowing for more efficient operation of the HVAC system. The BAS system can also be used to alert building occupants of any potential problems with the HVAC system, such as a malfunctioning component or a power outage. By providing an automated system to control and monitor the HVAC system, the BAS system helps to ensure that the building is comfortable and safe for its occupants.
