Bas Systems

A Building Automation System (BAS) is a computer-based system that is used to monitor and control the mechanical and electrical systems in a building. These systems are designed to improve the energy efficiency, safety, and comfort of the building, while also reducing the operational costs associated with running the building. The BAS is comprised of several components, including sensors, controllers, and software. The sensors are used to measure the various parameters of the building, such as temperature, humidity, and lighting levels. The controllers are then used to control the various systems in the building, such as the HVAC system, lighting, and security systems. The software is used to collect the data from the sensors and then process it in order to control the various systems in the building. The BAS is an essential component of any modern building, as it helps to ensure that the building is running efficiently and safely.
