Commercial Energy Recovery Ventilator

A commercial energy recovery ventilator (ERV) is a device used to reduce energy costs in commercial buildings by transferring heat and moisture between the incoming and outgoing air streams. It is designed to provide a continuous supply of fresh air to the building while reducing the energy needed to heat or cool the air. The ERV is typically installed in the return air duct of a commercial HVAC system, and works by passing the incoming air through a heat exchanger core, which transfers heat and moisture between the incoming and outgoing air streams. This process reduces the amount of energy needed to heat or cool the air, as well as reducing the amount of moisture in the air. The ERV also helps to reduce the amount of airborne pollutants in the air, as it filters out particulates, dust, and other contaminants. By using an ERV, commercial buildings can save money on energy costs, while providing a healthier and more comfortable environment for occupants.
