Mini-Split Ac

What is the definition of a mini-split AC? A mini-split AC is a ductless air conditioning system that uses an outdoor compressor/condenser and one or more indoor air handlers. It is a great way to cool a single room or zone of a home without the need for extensive ductwork. The unit uses a refrigerant line to connect the outdoor unit to the indoor one, and a refrigerant gas or liquid is used to transfer heat between the two. The air handler is mounted on a wall or ceiling and is used to distribute the cooled air throughout the room or zone. Mini-split ACs are energy-efficient and can save homeowners money on their energy bills. They are also quieter than traditional air conditioning systems and are ideal for smaller spaces. They are becoming increasingly popular as an alternative to traditional central AC systems.
