Mini Split System

What is the definition of a mini split system? A mini split system is a type of air conditioning system that is composed of two main parts: an outdoor condenser and an indoor air handler. The two parts are connected by refrigerant lines, allowing the refrigerant to flow between the two parts. The condenser is responsible for cooling the air and expelling the hot air outside, while the air handler is responsible for distributing the cooled air throughout the building. Mini split systems are typically used in buildings that cannot accommodate a traditional central air conditioning system, such as a retail space, office building, or multi-family dwelling. Mini split systems have the benefit of being easier to install and take up less space than a traditional central air conditioning system. Additionally, they are capable of providing individual temperature control in each area of the building, allowing for personalized comfort levels. They are also more energy efficient than traditional air conditioning systems, resulting in lower energy costs.
