Minisplit Unit
What is the definition of a minisplit unit? A minisplit unit is an air-conditioning system that provides cooling and heating for one or more rooms in a home or business. It is also known as a ductless mini split system, and is becoming increasingly popular due to its energy efficiency and versatility. The system consists of two main components: an outdoor condensing unit and an indoor evaporator unit. The outdoor unit houses the compressor and condenser and the indoor unit contains the evaporator and fan. The two units are connected via small copper tubing and a conduit that contain the refrigerant, electrical wiring and drain lines. When the system is turned on, the compressor in the outdoor unit pumps the refrigerant through the copper tubing to the indoor unit, where the refrigerant absorbs heat from the air and condenses it into a liquid. This liquid is then sent back to the outdoor unit, where it releases the heat to the outside. The indoor unit then sends
