Air Duct Control Dampers

Air duct control dampers are an important component of any HVAC system. They are designed to regulate the flow of air through the ducts in order to maintain a desired temperature and humidity level in the building. The dampers are usually installed in the ducts near the air handler and the thermostat. The dampers are typically made of metal and have a lever or knob that can be adjusted to control the amount of air that is allowed to pass through the ducts. The dampers can be opened or closed to adjust the amount of air that is allowed to enter the space. When the dampers are open, more air is allowed to enter the space, while when they are closed, less air is allowed to enter. Air duct control dampers are an essential part of any HVAC system as they help to maintain a comfortable environment and keep energy costs down.
