Custom Air Handlers

A custom air handler is a device used to condition and circulate air as part of a heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system. It is typically a large metal box containing a blower, heating or cooling elements, filter racks or chambers, sound attenuators, and dampers. Air handlers usually connect to a ductwork ventilation system that distributes the conditioned air through the building and returns it to the air handler. The air handler is usually connected to a source of heat and/or cooling, such as a furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump. It is designed to work with these systems to provide the desired indoor climate. Custom air handlers are designed to meet the specific needs of a particular building, such as size, shape, and airflow requirements. They can be used in residential, commercial, and industrial applications. By providing the right amount of air conditioning and heating, custom air handlers can help to ensure that a building’s occupants are comfortable and that the building’s energy efficiency is maximized.
